Our Reception children have been having alot of fun digging for buried treasure in the garden!
The children used various construction materials and toys to dig with and filled different sized containers with stones and soil. We found lots of letters and numbers when digging and then we went inside to see which letters we had found and to se if we could make words with what we had found. We also used our counting skills to put the numbers in ascending order.
