The Evolution Childcare nursery team in Lower Whitley Warrington are proud and dedicated to providing the best quality childcare for children aged 0-5 years.
The childcare team are dedicated to providing the highest quality childcare through regular meetings, appraisals, reviews and awards to ensure our staff are expertly trained in all areas concerning child development and welfare. Our team consists of a range of qualifications from degree and NVQ level 4 through to the various childcare training certificates such as BTec, NNEB and NVQ’s level 2 & 3. Our staff have monthly appraisals to maintain high standards of care.
The Evolution Childcare nursery team consist of 23 full and part time staff, ensuring we comply with the Ofsted childcare ratio standards.
We have gained investors in people this year as well as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 18001 and ISO27001. In addition to this we have achieved a five ticks scores on the doors award with Environmental Health. In November 2013 we were delighted to receive a “Good” rating with areas of “Outstanding” from our combined Ofsted inspection. This inspection was based on the new Ofsted Inspection Criteria which came into force in November 2013.
All our team are vetted by the DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) and are monitored and updated annually.
