Danielle

Nursery Manager

I have worked for Evolution Childcare since 2007, beginning my Evolution journey at the Stables and working between two rooms, Reception and Early Learners. I was promoted to Room Manager in Early Learners in 2015. I then moved into the Reception Room as the Room Manager. I have received extensive in-house training and have gained certificates in training courses that have helped me progress in my personal development. In addition, I have been Stables Events and Equal Opportunities officer. This means I take control of organising events each month for the children, parents, and staff, documenting these events and ensuring the children are aware of differences and culture. In 2017, I was promoted to 3rd In Charge which helped me to develop my knowledge of the operations of the nursery and gave me the opportunity to work alongside the manager during training exercises. I was then promoted to Assistant Manager in 2019 which enabled me to work alongside different managers and gain valuable experience. In September 2020, I was promoted to Nursery Manager at Blackbrook. I am thoroughly enjoying my Nursery Manager Role and seeing the difference we make to the children in our care. I have recently returned to The Stables to continue with my journey, and I’m excited to see what we can achieve together.

 


Sam

Assistant Manager

I have worked for Evolution Childcare since 2019 and since starting here I have passed my NVQ level 3 with a distinction. I began my journey in the Toddler room, before transitioning to the Reception room to continue my journey. Having received certifications in several in-house an online training courses, I was promoted to Room Manager in the Reception room, gaining valuable experience working with a variety of children and their families, providing lots of wonderful learning opportunities for the children to grow, develop and thrive. I love seeing the difference myself and my team make and watching the children reach their different milestones. In 2023, I was then promoted to Assistant Manager; I am loving my journey and enjoying working with my team to provide outstanding care, learning environments, and supporting them in their personal journeys.

 


Alex

Assistant Deputy Manager & Toddler Room Manager

I began my journey at Evolution Childcare in 2014, starting in the Early Learners room. I supported all the rooms and gained valuable in-house training as well as online training. In 2017, I was promoted and had the opportunity to develop my skills further and manage a team within the Toddler room. After 6 months I transitioned into the Early Learners Room, whilst also supporting the training of staff at our sister Nurseries, working at Kalgarth, The Willows and Blackbrook. Following maternity leave, I returned to The Stables as the room manager of the Toddler room and have since received a further promotion and taken on the role of 3rd in Charge as Assistant Deputy Manager, and also taking on the role of the Events and Equal Opportunities Officer, planning a variety of events and celebrations for all cultures and beliefs. Whilst working for Evolution Childcare, I have had the opportunity to expand my knowledge within my roles by completing courses such as customer services, managing behaviour, team leading to name a few. I love my job, working with children and watching them grow, learn, and become their own person is the most amazing thing.
